Our Complete Experiences

permaculture learning

At Yashoda Agro & Eco Farmstay, learning happens through real experience, not theory. Guests are invited to explore the fundamentals of sustainable agriculture through hands-on activities and guided sessions. Our farm is built on the principles of permaculture — working in harmony with nature, restoring soil health, conserving water, and promoting biodiversity. Visitors can learn about composting systems, organic fertilizers, crop diversity, and greenhouse farming techniques used across our 9 greenhouses. Through guided farm tours and interactive sessions, you will understand how traditional farming is being transformed into a sustainable and regenerative system. This is a space for students, researchers, and anyone curious about how food, soil, and ecosystems are connected.

Guests stay within a working farm environment, surrounded by greenery, fresh air, and the rhythms of village life. We offer three unique accommodation styles: (1)Stone Haven – A cozy stone-walled room with rustic charm and scenic farm views, (2)Mud Haven – A traditional mud house that stays naturally cool and grounded, (3)Timber Haven – A warm wooden room with a natural and calming ambiance Each space reflects traditional Nepali architecture while ensuring comfort and connection to nature. This is not just accommodation — it is a chance to disconnect from city life and reconnect with simplicity, culture, and the land.

Farm-to-Table Meals

Food at Yashoda Farm is fresh, organic, and directly connected to the land. Every meal is prepared using vegetables harvested from our own greenhouses and fields. Guests begin their day with a traditional Nepali breakfast including sel roti, dhindo, fresh milk, organic honey, and herbal tea. Lunch and dinner feature seasonal vegetables, dal, rice, homemade pickles, and authentic local flavors — all prepared fresh from the farm. In the evenings, enjoy bonfire and barbecue experiences, where farm-fresh ingredients are grilled under the open sky, creating a warm and memorable dining experience. Guests can also participate in cooking, making the journey from farm to plate even more meaningful.
